      Definition

      The system has lost communication with the Output Module.


      Notes

      Observe the 4 Green LEDs in the centre of module. If the Tx Err and Rx Err are flashing, then there is a cable problem between the module and the display. Check and/or renew the cabling to the module. If fault persists, replace the module.
