      E78 MOD11 Comms!

      Description of error

      CAN bus communication with Module 11 (Undercarriage Module) has been lost.

      Solution

      Check the CAN bus connection to the Undercarriage module. Could potentially be a faulty module - replace if required. Turn off power supply before disconnection or reconnection. Pay particular attention to the connection through the machine electrical slip ring assembly - possible water ingress into the slip ring, for instance.
